A Day in the Life

What's it like to work at Sunwork?
Here is an introduction to a day in the life of our staff.

M.H (Japan)

Joined the company in 2021 / 20s /
Belongs to the contracting workplace of Sunwork Co.
Assigned to a factory of a major
construction machinery manufacturer.
In charge of taking out parts from shelves and
collecting them for the mini excavator assembly line.

The day after I contacted Sunwork, I had an interview at the head office. After the interview, I started my work experience at the training center attached to the company and observed the workplace.
Two days later, I was hired, and went through the procedures for joining the company, including the distribution of work clothes, explanations about employment, and procedures for purchasing insurance for commuting by car.

On the first day of my assignment, I was introduced at the morning meeting and received training on acceptance of the premises from the plant manager and safety training from the person in charge of safety at the ordering company. At the workplace where I was assigned, I received OJT (On the Job Traininng) from my supervisor. After that, I observed the work from the side and received detailed explanations, which were easy to understand.
